How to Raise a Complaint

A neighborhood of tile and shingle roofs in Delray Beach under a bright sky

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Cousincycle Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to send a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Cousincycle Roofing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, start by talking to the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they say.

Still, tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Know this, though: Cousincycle Roofing cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund money for a provider's work. We cannot make choices on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@cousincycle.garden. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include talking to the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. If the issue involves a licensed provider, your state licensing board may be able to help.
